SOUR CANDY CIGARETTES
Ever since I was young, I was always fascinated with telling stories and being transported to another world, thinking about the different details that make them. Sour Candy Cigarettes is a fictitious Cigarette brand, it offers a sense of reality to a new world.
It is a form of world building, but I wanted it to have some form of story element to the brand itself, So i decided to take tropes from movies that relate to the script it is from.
I created a logo that felt elegant which is what cigarette brands try to do but I chose the colours that made it look like a cigarette.
The dark blue colour scheme helps give it a more authentic, classy feel. The retro anime aesthetic, allowed me to add more character, as well as giving a classy feel.
I tried to maintain the colour scheme and overall branding throughout each poster, which helps enhance the transition into the new world and give it a real world feel.
